From around five days onward, the weekly rate is cheaper than paying day by day, so always ask which applies before you confirm.

How fast can you get a car
Same day is normally possible in Kigali if you call early enough, and next morning is almost always possible. Send a message on WhatsApp with the time and place and we will tell you straight away what is free rather than making you wait for an email.
Short term rules worth knowing
- The same documents apply as any rental: licence, passport and an IDP if needed
- Comprehensive insurance and unlimited mileage inside Rwanda are included on day one
- Delivery and collection anywhere in Kigali or at the airport are free
- Extending mid rental is fine, just message us before the return time
- Fuel is full to full, so refuel before you hand the vehicle back

A weekend is charged at the daily rate. The rate drops once you reach the weekly threshold, which is why anything from about five days is best booked as a week.
Can I extend a short term rental?
Yes, just message us before the scheduled return time. If the extension takes you past five or six days we will move you onto the weekly rate.
